Was ändert sich 2023 in der Pflege?

Der gesetzliche Mindestlohn für Pflegefachkräfte soll unter anderem zum 01. Mai auf 13,90 Euro pro Stunde steigen. Im Dezember soll eine weitere Erhöhung stattfinden. Der Mindestlohn soll dann bei 14,15 pro Stunde liegen. Zudem wird die Impfpflicht für Pflegekräfte 2023 nicht weiter verlängert. Das bedeutet, dass ungeimpfte Pflegekräfte nicht mehr mit einem Berufsverbot rechnen müssen.
